Very welcoming and consistently courteous personnel in assisting with activities in the Rotorua region. Good area, central location so close to the bakery, garage, wholesale vege shop and town, all the must dos in Rotorua and the golf courses, shops and other Rotorua attractions. A wide range of food options relatively close to the venue.

The room itself was newly renovated and decent sized with comfortable beds and had essentials I needed. I found the hotel's location particularly good, close to the thermal areas in the park, shopping streets, and sports venues...

Location so close to the lakefront, where there are many tourist attractions as well as local stores. For tea or coffee visit Jesters Pies nearby. Nice bathroom, cheap, huge room.

The location offered was unbeatable next to Rotorua center. Furthermore, it was near Hot Water. The room was top-notch and air conditioned and had modern decor.

I stayed at the motel for a weekend getaway and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, albeit a bit outdated. But considering the price, it was a fantastic value. The motel is conveniently located, with an easy 30-minute walk to the city center or ample parking if you prefer to drive. The on-site hot spring spa was a definite highlight of my stay. Additionally, the motel has a lovely outdoor pool and a couple of mineral pools, which would be perfect for families with kids. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check-in early without any issues. Despite the busy road during the day, it was surprisingly quiet at night. I also highly recommend visiting the nearby thermal public park, just a short distance away.
